Organize assets into folders and subfolders — by campaign, brand, content type, or any structure that fits your workflow. Add tags for cross-folder discovery.

Built-in image tools let you crop, resize, rotate, and apply filters without leaving the platform. Images are automatically optimized for web delivery — compressed without visible quality loss. Asset Search & Filtering
Find any asset in seconds with full-text search across file names, tags, and AI-generated descriptions. Filter by file type, upload date, dimensions, file size, or custom tags. The visual grid view makes browsing image-heavy folders fast, while the list view is optimized for document-heavy collections.
Usage Tracking
See exactly where each asset is used — which emails, landing pages, blog posts, and social campaigns reference it. The usage panel prevents accidental deletion of in-use assets and helps you identify orphaned files that can be cleaned up. Integration with Other Modules
The File Library integrates seamlessly with every MartechAI content tool. When building an email, click “Add Image” and browse your library directly. When creating a landing page, drag images from your library onto the canvas.
