Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade through your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts get a 14-day Growth trial with no credit card. When the trial ends, the workspace drops to Free until you choose a paid plan.
Do you limit contacts?
Yes. Free includes 500 contacts, Core 2,500, Growth 10,000, and Agency 50,000 (pooled across Agency workspaces). At 100% of the cap, existing sends still work; new imports and enrollments are blocked until you upgrade or archive contacts.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
Over-limit emails are queued for the next billing period rather than dropped. You will be notified as you approach the cap so you can upgrade or wait for the next cycle.
How does AI usage work?
Each plan includes monthly allowances for things like articles, campaign plans, landing pages, and drafted emails — not a credit balance. Low-cost actions such as captions and assistant chat are unlimited under fair use on paid plans. If you hit an allowance, you can upgrade or buy a pack (for example +5 articles for $12).
What is the AI Employee add-on?
On Growth and Agency, AI Employee is $149/mo per workspace. It includes a workload of up to 600 executed actions, 400 prospects, 8 articles, and 10 sequences per month. You bring your own Saleshandy key and mailbox — cold outbound never runs on MartechAI's shared infrastructure.
Is SMS included?
SMS is available on Core, Growth, and Agency when you connect your own Twilio account. Sending is billed by Twilio. Free does not include SMS.
Which plan is best for agencies?
Agency. It includes 10 workspaces, unlimited seats, pooled contacts/emails/AI, white-label client reporting, and an onboarding call. Extra workspaces are $29/mo. Growth can work for a single-brand team that only needs one workspace.
Is my data secure?
Security is a priority. MartechAI uses encryption in transit, multi-tenant isolation, and an OWASP ASVS L1 self-assessment. See the Security page for the current posture.
