Building Segments
Create segments using a visual rule builder with AND/OR logic. Combine contact fields (industry, job title, location), behaviors (opened email, clicked link, visited page, submitted form), engagement metrics (score above threshold, last activity date), and deal data (pipeline stage, deal value). Rules can use “is,” “is not,” “contains,” “greater than,” “less than,” “in the last X days,” and more.
Dynamic Updates
Segments are live — not static snapshots. When a contact’s score crosses your threshold, they automatically enter the segment. When they unsubscribe, they leave. This means your email campaigns, ad audiences, and sequences always target exactly the right people, without manual list maintenance.
Segment Analytics
Every segment includes an analytics dashboard showing count over time, new entrants, drop-offs, average engagement score, and demographic breakdown. Use this to understand how your audience is evolving and whether your campaigns are moving contacts into higher-value segments.
