CRM Deals gives you a complete sales pipeline management system. Track every opportunity from initial contact through to closed-won, with custom stages, automated movement rules, and full revenue forecasting.

Pipeline View

The Kanban-style pipeline view shows all your deals organized by stage. Drag and drop deals between stages to update their status. Each card shows the deal name, value, associated company and contact, expected close date, and a health indicator. Click any deal to open its full detail view.

Deal Details

Every deal has a dedicated page with all relevant information: deal value, probability, expected close date, associated contacts and companies, linked campaigns, attached files, notes, and a complete activity timeline. The deal health score uses AI to predict close likelihood based on engagement signals — email responses, meeting attendance, proposal views, and response times.

Custom Pipeline Stages

Every business has a unique sales process. Configure your pipeline stages in CRM Configuration — add, remove, reorder, and rename stages to match your workflow. Common stages include Qualification, Discovery, Proposal, Negotiation, and Closed Won. Set stage-specific required fields to enforce data quality at each step.

Revenue Forecasting

The pipeline summary gives you real-time revenue projections. See total pipeline value, weighted forecast (deal value × probability), deals closing this month, and at-risk deals. The forecast chart visualizes expected revenue by month, helping you spot gaps before they become problems.

Automation & Sequences

Deals integrate with CRM Sequences to automate follow-ups. When a deal enters a specific stage, automatically enroll associated contacts in a nurture sequence. When a contact opens a proposal email, automatically advance the deal stage. Set up deal stage reminders to alert team members when a deal has been sitting too long without activity.
