The CRM Companies module lets you track every organization, business, and account your team interacts with. Each company record links to contacts, deals, and activity history, giving you a complete picture of every business relationship.

Company Profiles

Every company gets a rich profile with key details — company name, website, industry, size, revenue, and location. Custom fields let you track anything specific to your business: account tier, contract value, renewal date, preferred communication channel, or custom notes. The profile aggregates all linked contacts, showing you exactly who works there and their roles.

Contact Association

Contacts link to companies either manually or automatically. When a contact’s email domain matches a company’s website domain, MartechAI suggests the association. You can view all contacts at a company, see their individual engagement scores, and quickly navigate between the company’s deals, notes, and communication history.

Deal Tracking

The company profile shows all active, won, and lost deals associated with the organization. The deal pipeline view within a company gives you a focused look at that account’s revenue potential — total pipeline value, average deal size, and which stage each deal is in. Use this to prioritize account management and identify expansion opportunities.

Activity Timeline

Every email, call, meeting, note, and deal stage change is recorded on the company’s activity timeline. Filter by type to see only emails, only calls, or only deal activity. The timeline gives your team full context before every conversation — no more asking “who talked to them last?”

Company Import & Enrichment

Import company lists via CSV with automatic field mapping. The platform enriches company records by pulling industry classification, employee count, revenue estimates, and social profiles from public data sources. Enrichment happens automatically when a new company is created, ensuring your data stays current.
