Available Integrations
Connect to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zapier, and more. New integrations are added regularly. Each integration has a setup wizard that guides you through the connection process.
Managing Integrations
The integrations dashboard shows all your connected apps with their status — Active, Needs Attention, or Disconnected. Click any integration to view sync history, configure settings, and manage data flow. Disconnect or reconnect integrations as needed. Integration health monitoring alerts you when a connection fails or data stops flowing.
Data Syncing
Configure sync frequency for each integration — real-time, hourly, daily, or manual. Choose which data to sync: contacts, campaigns, analytics, transactions, or all available data. Map fields between MartechAI and the connected platform to ensure data consistency. Review sync logs to troubleshoot any data transfer issues.
Integration Health
The Integration Health widget on your dashboard shows the status of every connection. Green means everything is working. Yellow indicates a warning — sync delayed, partial data received. Red means the integration is broken — authentication expired, API limit reached, configuration changed. Click to diagnose and fix issues directly.
