AI Prospecting — Find and Qualify Leads Automatically

Use ARC AI to automatically research contacts and generate personalized 3-email outreach sequences. Review, approve, and monitor campaigns from one dashboard.

AI Prospecting uses MartechAI’s ARC AI engine to research, personalize, and execute outreach campaigns at scale. The system researches each contact, generates hyper-personalized 3-email sequences, and sends them from your connected Gmail or Outlook account — all automatically.

How It Works

Enroll contacts into a prospecting campaign, and ARC AI gets to work. For each contact, the AI researches their company, industry, role, recent news, and social presence. It then generates a 3-email outreach series where every email is unique to that recipient — referencing their specific context, challenges, and opportunities. No templated “Dear {{first_name}}” spam.

Enrollment & Targeting

Enroll contacts individually, by segment, or by importing a CSV list. Set targeting parameters like industry focus, company size range, and job title filters to ensure the AI researches the right context. Choose your sending account — connected Gmail or Outlook — and set daily sending limits to stay within provider guidelines.

Review & Approval

Before any email is sent, the generated content enters a review queue. You can approve, edit, or reject each email individually. The AI learns from your edits — if you consistently adjust the tone or add specific talking points, future generations adapt to match your preferences. Approve in bulk for high-volume campaigns or review each one for high-value prospects.

Campaign Monitoring

The Active Campaigns dashboard shows real-time status for every enrolled contact: QUEUED (research in progress), GENERATING (writing emails), PENDING APPROVAL (ready for review), ACTIVE (sending), COMPLETED (all 3 emails sent), STOPPED (manually paused), and FAILED (bounced or invalid). Filter by segment or status to focus on what needs attention.

Insights & Optimization

The Insights tab shows aggregate performance — overall open rates, reply rates, and meeting booking rates. Identify which contact segments respond best, which email positions (1st, 2nd, or 3rd) drive the most replies, and how your response rates trend over time. Use these insights to refine your targeting and messaging strategy.
